I arrived early as requested. No parking spot in parking lot. My wife droped me off and went looking for a space. Standing room only in waitting room waited to get to desk to sign in. Told recptionist no place to sit. She said she would bring in another chair. She didnt. Looked like 35 people waiting in room. My appointment was 2:05 . Got called up at 2:35 filled out your form. Got taken in at 3:00 pm. It was a total assembly line. Rushed through the prep room with 3 people working me. Didnt even have my wifes phone number. Wake up told me i m already fitted for my googles n dumped me off with instructions on a piece of paper. It was a total assembly line, volume business. Felt like a free county clinic.

I was disappointed that I received a voice mail that I missed the night before and that I was charged $1776 up front. I understand it is a the beginning of the year, but it was shocking that it needed to be paid before the insurance reviewed the charges. It was a surprise since no one explained the charges. I typically let the insurance review everything and then pay what I need to reach my deductible. It would have been nice not to be surprised. This should have been discussed during my visit not via a voice message the night before the procedure. I provided my feedback to Robin but since you are a separate facility this seems like a huge disconnect and not a pleasant customer experience.
